*Team is made up from 3 or more participants who may complete the Thames200Ultra course as a relay, changing crew and/or craft at each checkpoint.
Make your way from the source of the Thames in Lechlade to the End of the River clarification of the Thames at Teddington.

This can be a straight run through in doubles, or can be completed as a team relay. Two doubles alternating sections, Six singles working together, different craft each leg, or a mix of paddle craft and crew combinations.
You decide, BUT don't miss the Check Point cut-off times!
Teams & Doubles: Age 16+ and under 18 on the date of the race but be accompanied in a double with an over 18
Individuals: Must be over 18 on the date of the race
